Express Fitness has a system of training that we refer to as the progression cycle.
We start by offering a free evaluation for all members to learn more about you and your current lifestyle with regard to fitness, diet and stress. From then we advise you on a workout routine specifically designed for you and your goals and give you a free session to help you become familiar with it. We then offer you a nutritional consultation to discuss in more depth your diet and how you can make positive changes. We then re-evaluate your progression on a monthly basis to help keep you on the right path. Your success is ours too and our aim is for every member to reach their goals.
